Jouichi has been constantly moving and changing schools because of his parent’s work, so he never really made many friends nor had a girlfriend. Now he lives in a village in the heart of the mountains, which prospers from the many tourists that visit the region by shinkansen. With the arrival of summer, the town was in a festival mood.
