A world constructed upon the ancient ruins of a civilization known as "Noir\Magi." Every bit of contemporary culture connects back to their history. Then, suddenly, "Lef"—those with special powers—came onto the scene. Most Lef were registered and managed by the state, but some remained hidden from the eyes of others. Among them were those enchanted by their tremendous power who found joy in spreading chaos and fear. Yuki Kusuda was one of those "Lef". And although people reveled in the prehistoric gifts that helped to transform wild humans into a civilized society in just a few hundred years, they remained oblivious... Their fate too was charted toward ruin.
