In an isolated island at the south, the people there are excited because a new doctor is coming to the only clinic of the island. Shinohara Shuutarou - the protagonist - is the new doctor, but he is lazy, clumsy and perverted. He starts to live at the house of the old doctor of the clinic with him, his daughter the beautiful widow Yumiko and her daughter Mana. But one day the old doctor decides to go overseas, leaving Shuutarou in charge of the clinic, much to the annoyance of the only nurse of the clinic, Rie.
