In a secluded mansion deep in the mountains, the Black Rose Mansion, stands quietly. A college student, Takamiya Ryouhei, is excited to visit the mansion as a tutor for a week. In the mansion, there are three women living there: the bewitching mature woman Mamiya Marie, her beautiful daughter Maria, and the maid Aira who serves the house. Assigned as a tutor for the beautiful and selfish girl Maria, Takamiya is gradually seduced by their indecent temptations as he spends time in the mansion.
